There are various perks and reimbursement associated with the job and incentives are there. Work life balance is good in this job role and the best thing is that there is cubicle-less culture which means your L1, L2 managers and even your city head work next to you and can be approached for any and all sorts of advices and discussions. No job security hence I attrition ratio. Company doesn't consider profitability of restaurant partners, only itself. Hence some targets given to sales managers are harmful to the restaurants.
