I don't like anything here, This organization should band in india as per company policy there is 5 day's working but management wat all employees should work 7 days 24*7 i have never seen this kind of behaviour in any organisation

No work balance need to available 14*7, very poor and worst organisation, no promotion and variable pay was mentioned on my offer letter but not provided to any employee

If you're working in Sales then Swiggy is the place to be. Salary based on your experience is at par with market standards and work culture is amazing. There are various perks and reimbursement associated with the job and incentives are there.
