Cheap behaviour by PrasannaVadhan , looks down on employess, This is my first company, I have worked for over 10 companies by now still this stands as the worst.

Small organization and your work gets notified by your CEO. There is no hierarchies you can directly talk to your CEO if you need anything. Colleagues are extremely friendly. Free homemade lunch and Coffee, tea and snacks.

Dislikes

Appraisals are not good. Irrespective of the hard work you do they will try to reduce the increment to you and they will give it to people in bench who is trying to go out from the organization. They can easily give negative feedback when you leave the company and they can even refuse to give you experience certificate in case if you are not polite enough while your resignation. And Company located in a remote area.

The company is good for growth and have excellent guidance. Good coordination in between team members. work environment is good and have work from home facility.

Dislikes

It will be good if they had some extra curriculum, So that employees can feel free of tensed and get relaxed with some entertainment.
