They have huge potential to grab the market in confectionary.

There are so many things which need to short out at management level but they are not doing till now. No idea why they are not listening the problem. In upper management they are doing only office job.

Unless if you don't want any career growth, no salary increment no job security then its good company to work with

It's a very good company if you are an engineer and still can perform doctors role perfectly after talking up charge in couple of days

As the team is dukes consumer care is excellent and they should work together and having a great experience in dukes consumer care limited they encourage tho new innovative and new technology which helps to the company growth and skills development of employees which should be beneficial to both the company and employee .

It was my dream job. and it lived up to every bit of it!!.. who does not want to work in a chocolate factory!!! Once you work there, you can stay there forever if you want to. if you go back, the management is generous enough to take you back in some position. old - styled and strongly believing in ther values, the second generation directors of this company are masters of their trade.

Its just Non-"Corporate". they do not believe in the unecesary fancy things the corporates do for their internal and external branding and communications. or employee entertainment programs. they do value their employees, but do not believe in showing their affection.
