You are given total independence in your work. When involved in big projects you will get sufficient time to work on problems. Work is challenging or not depends on your teams faith in you

Dislikes

It's a flat designation organization which means there's no ladder that you climb in terms of promotions. In terms of work, sometimes you miss out on the bigger picture

Good atmosphere, helping staff members, 2-3 time outdoor tours in year. Most importantly chance to be work/training in Sweco Sweden. So I can say best opportunity to work with Sweco.
