It's a flat designation organization which means there's no ladder that you climb in terms of promotions. In terms of work, sometimes you miss out on the bigger picture

Good atmosphere, helping staff members, 2-3 time outdoor tours in year. Most importantly chance to be work/training in Sweco Sweden. So I can say best opportunity to work with Sweco.

Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
