Dislikes

One of the worst and bossy CEO who favors certain employees. The project manager who micromanages daily tasks and shouts at colleagues when work conflicts occur. There is no career growth or development and certainly no promotions. The HR manager does not provide support during conflicts or respond to calls or emails. The HR is simply a puppet role for the higher-level managers and management. Lack of policies and improper organizational hierarchy would definitely become the downfall of the organization. I would not recommend anyone looking for a productive work-life to choose this organization.

Working at Sweans is absolutely fantastic. They are flexible. Management understands the situation of employees and supports them in every hard time. Through Covid-19 lockdown we have been given an opportunity to work from home and thats been a big relief.

Dislikes

Nothing to point out as such which I dislike. Yes salary is decent but growth is slow. Hike structure needs improvement.

Company is open for new ideas. Gives you the opportunity to improve your skills, and gives you new learning opportunities. Has a Super Professional and healthy work culture. The office always a good atmosphere, which gets enjoyable in festive and celebration days. The manager is a super charismatic and passionate about his work. He super nice and easy to work with and is super fun to have around is any festive days.

Dislikes

The Access to Kinfra has been a little chaotic with traffic and dust due to the road construction work, this could be frustrating from time to time.

Likes

Sweans has been a great experience to work and grow my career. Getting opportunities to learn and boost my knowledge, being part of different projects, and working with the team. Sweans has a great management, following up with the employees and their well-being. The CEO, Manager, HR constantly keeping in touch with the employees, sharing knowledge, experience, etc.

Dislikes

There's not much to mention as a dislike about Sweans, the journey with Sweans has been great and is still going on.
