No work life balance Less salary more work Work pressure is more and they will ask you come on weekends also They ask you to travel to government offices, client location and travelling allowances are not worth it Management is poor They signed a bond for 1 year and not let you go anywhere

For beginners it's ok for to start so they can learn about some skill sets, Work exposure, colleagues who about you age like friendship types environment yhey get until they found new job which give idea for move on.

Dislikes

Company has use there all human resources for done the extra working for long time which is goes upto 12 : 00 to 2 : 00 am whith minimum wages. And if any task of some sort of work which requires man power we have to shift it form our current work to different task also they keep you in same job until you ask for different one because you join as trainee they from every type of work suppose to be knowledge about it. Doing the same job again and again for months or some times year make distressing.

Developing excel skills, can develop your basic professional skills as small small things can make a big difference.

Dislikes

Vague & strange HR policies, low salary at a 2 months' notice period. Forming policies at their own convenience. Using your whatsapp and rest of the smartphone for their own convenience.

Since i have 35 years experience of Import /Export related work, it is good for me to work such same filed in with this Consultancy. Also i am searching new job in Manufacturing company as i have worked with same .

I am a Associate Adviser not a regular permanent employee, so no Q of dislike etc.
