if we have any query & some is not supporting you , can share think to Owner , she must be taken action agst .

Dislikes

Owner behave is not good , she treat like a servant & always ( She can insult you any where like company reception & public place ) & also never believe on you , she believe only out sources person. work environment is also bed , there is no work life balance, no travelling , not any leave policy ,

This is poor company did not support to any employee in any time and I would not recommend to do the job here

Job security is nothing , owner can say gat out any time , nothing facility to travel work environment is very pressurable , nothing career growth
