Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Work life balance is good Need to work in shifts Salary on time Good organization for freshers although they look for mostly experienced candidate Growth can be expected as company is growing and getting lot of projects and contracts. Learning and skill development is limited.

If you are an aviator, you feel buzzed.

Dislikes

No personal life, 14 or 17 hours of shift. No casual leaves, after adjusting your duty, you will get only 3 hours of sleep. Politically exposed persons have a great advantage. They behave like a boss with no technical knowledge. Most of the persons are in kolkata region they do not have any full time degree or diploma.
