Multi-disciplinary involvement from the start. Helps make leadership decisions & disciplinary decisions from an early age. Good Leadership, which helps the employees grow & mature fast.

Dislikes

Skills development side for employees progress can be better. No big software outreach as it is a start-up. Predominantly mechanical design engineering, so other design verticals are lacking at the moment.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role.
