Although the work-life balance, salary, promotions, and job security at Swastika Automatics leave much to be desired, I still value the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with CNC and VMC machines, which has helped me build technical knowledge. The overall company culture is neither inclusive nor supportive, which significantly impacts job satisfaction and morale.
