The company since its inception has done well relating to achieving it's long term business targets, establishment of various projects including its sister concerns. I have enjoyed the company and it's working culture of providing autonomy of substantial level to its management while taking decisions in various projects periodically. However as it happens in business, few setbacks had also been suffered but the same has never been questioned as incapability of top management or it's employees. A positive approach towards efforts made have been accepted by the board of the company and experience from setbacks Made us more competitive rather than being dishearten.

Dislikes

I have given more than fifteen years to company. During my tenure of work company has made substantial progress from concept to a company and it's sister concerns with its asset of more than Fifty chores as on date. The firm and it's sister concerns may boast of having worked as authorised dealers with all major players of automobiles and tractors manufacturers of indian/foregn origin companies with good rapport. In addition more than eight petrol pumps, food industries, rice mills flour mills have also been successfully established. Now to make myself more competitive in market with more diversified field I am looking forward for work ing in some other diversified fields to give my resume a more competitive edge. That's all.
