I love everything about Swastik Production. The best part of company is both the producers are a good human, for them moral ethics are more important than making profits. They genuinely care for employees working for them & you can check n number of cases where they have helped thr employees going out of the way. If you are dedicated for your for work & loyal towords company, no matter what they will never leave you. They are always open to listen your personal problems and offer genuine help to overcome your crisis. They believe in mutual grouth, if they see potential in employee they keep teaching, make you confident enough that you fight your own battle & reach the position you deserve. The work environment is soo friendly that you love being around bosses. Unlike other media production houses you rarely see office politics in swastik productions. This is my observation after working for more than 12 production houses of industry in past 15 years. You have only ONE LIFE thtas the company's motto.
