This is completely Lala company. There is no HR. Job security is 0 (zero). If any person is unemployed then he can plan to join this company. If you are already working somewhere then please do not join this company. If you join this company there is no security that you will complete your first day. It may be possible that you will receive your full and final amount at the end of the first or second day. Swastik Pipes wants that an employee to spend more than 12 hours in the company.
