Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

The company is work to new technology and new idea developed. I am the part of company make new quality product by client bases. I get to travel especiallly to purchase the machine of our client and the part of my working project is to help to increase my knowledge.

Dislikes

In this company i work many projects but the management can't give me good response. I have to work daily 12-14 hr and sometimes stay in night duty and go unnoticed during my appraisals.
