Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

...y... There is no such job security in swastik... Career growth is very slow... Salary inrement is slow process... Working environment is fair...

Dislikes

The work pressure is always high, sometimes we have to work 18 to 20 hours straight in a day. Managers do not value individuals strenght for which i have to take back my suggestions mostly.
