Very low increments, There is lot of Difference Inhand salary and ctc. Notic period time to long. Very poor work speed for new products development i even don't see any of project at time always delay.

Learning opportunities very much for freshers / less experience holders. Growth opportunities are average, work life balance are good, Salary scale is average, career path average, job security is minimal.

Dislikes

Top level management to directly interact with lower subordinates, new ideas inovation shoule be boosted among collegaues/fellow members, Salary structure needs to be revised.

Swaraj automotive is growing company. Every year company grow with new Bussiness and l have to learn and training about new Bussiness part and development of part.

Dislikes

Company work pressure is very high. I have completed the work 12 to 14 hours it's only occurs when new part develop.
