No protocols,random changes in rules as they wish,no growth or appraisal structure, no timely salary, management is having issue within them itself,just money minded.Running educational sector but least bothered about students.Did not give my 3 months incentives

There is nothing which can be liked here. It’s a mid size company where improvement is required in every corner.

Dislikes

This space will not be enough to mention disliked things. Just a suggestion, whoever is planning to join, think thrice before joining. I repeat improvement is required at every step. It’s a mindset issue. Micromanagement at its peak.
