Everything. They onboard an employee giving no training and expect them to start on autopilot. Reporting managers are the worst. He harassed me like anything, blamed all issues on me for no fault of mine trying to save his favorites. Reporting manager goes on long leave uninformed and doesn't give a handover of tasks. I was just there sitting with no tasks, other managers wouldn't entertain me. That's when the owner of this enterprise came running on me and yelled at me causing great psychological trauma for the next few months. He asked me to leave that very second. Very terrible. I went into depression.
