Just be aware of the policies and how much you are being paid there. It was very difficult for me to work there as an employer due to lots of restrictions and other reasons.

Dislikes

They need to clarify first who they want their employees working for, India or USA because they are very smart at keeping you working even on holidays. If you are joining the team make sure they are ready to give you experince letter when you decide to leave the company. I personally faced many problems to get mine and took around a month to get it.
