racism, anti h1ndu, stealing original documents, blackmailing, Hyderabadi and b1hari favourit1cism, cheating distributors, WB distributor Munjal Mehta was cheated and he left (google out), owner is planning to give up the company and his kids are not willing to join because of scam and they have joined jobs, think twice before giving them orders and contracts.

It's completely field work. Good opportunity to travel around india along with work. It is good to work with SWAN. It's a challenging job. You can meet new people ,new cultures and work satisfaction.Team support is awesome.

The name of the company is good enough to attract poor new engineers

there are too many things to dislike- 1.There will be a 2 year bond,they will also take your original 10th and 12th certificates,which is illegal and if,you want to leave for some reason,they will not give your documents and they will use their political connections to frightened you. 2.Many guys give their resignations monthly and they have lack of experienced trainers to train new joinees. 3.After your lack of performance due to bad training session,they will traumatize you and let you quit your job. 4.They only offer 9k per month and they will tell you to stay in different places like gujarat and hyderabad without giving any extra cash(rent advance),you will have to stay in different states with only 3-4 k rs in hand. 5.They will destroy your career,please do not choose this company. 6.Partiality towards the employees from other states as you can see maximum south indians have given good reviews but rest of the lobby have not
