Just dont fall into the trap, For Company Secretaries it is the door for hell, Non-Compliance is there first priority, post becoming a Company Secretary in any of the 70 - 80 group companies, you would be Charged with hefty penalties by the regulatory authorities in individual capacity for the non compliances done by the management and nobody will going to come forward to save you, I can assure you, if you join, you will be the next company secretary who will be writing the same review to save the CS fraternity, Be careful, the salary structure is also very vague, your maximum amount is put on hold with a promise to pay at the end of the financial year or in diwali, Be very cautious please, mid level senior persons have quite an inhuman behaviour. Company Secretary at any level in the company dont have any value, even if you convey regarding any compliance, it is always remains unheared. No support, No Recognition for the hard work. One of the worst company to work.

Favouritism. Ppl working here from 20 or 30 yrs afraid of their position I’ve seen lots of talents going out within a year of joining, because of the above ppl. To save their position they will make scapegoat of others.
