Dislikes

...give appointment letter to their employees after completion of probation period. They do not provide payslip, salary sheet and other work related documents. No written HR policies. Too much class load. very poor management. No release letter or experience letter is provided if any employee resigns. Very very bad work culture. Too much politics. no job security.

They treat teachers like use and throw objects. There is no job security, no commitment from organisation's side, highly unprofessional behaviour and make u do things that you are not paid for. Just another blood sucking private company who has zero ethics and respect for employees
