Nothing. All are fake people. Don't waste your money. Just a warning

Dislikes

The whole institute is fake. They just take fee for courses but doesn't provide classes and furthermore no salary is paid to teachers. The director Ashish Kashyap and the whole reception team including monika who teaches UPSC are just as*****.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
