Worst Management (not ready to hear voice of Sales team), non sense penalty policy implemented to scare associates and deduct hard earned money, no such Technical discussion to WIN POs, too much Negative atmosphere across organization and that not cared by useless Management, Only Brand value of Swagelok works here as no value of Human, worst policy of Full & Final settlement that is not allowing people to get out of organization easily, Vision less Management.

Managers in Bangalore branch have settled here. No growth opportunities for people below them. Even if u show ur efforts, it will not be told to management personnel. Managers will keep you low. Join this company only of u r looking job for short period.
