All employes are very frank and helpful. You can have the opportunity to gain experience.

Dislikes

1. Salary delay 2. Poor management system 3. Doesn't provide proper payslips 4. Doesn't have a proper HR 5. Doesn't respect seniors 6. They can kick you out of the company without a warning, so no job security 7. Doesn't give appraisal as mentioned in the offer letter This company is best for freshers to learn and gain experience. Don't expect any other facilities.

Likes

They have a bunch of favourites, whom they prefer blindly no matter what. If you even try to complain, they won't listen. No matter what you do, your credit will always be stolen. Not open to new suggestion. They don't know that the so-called bunch is always badmouthing about them. Worst experience.

Dislikes

... very clueless. No vision. They keep changing location which is very surprising. salary delays, Saturday working, no learning.no training(they will say google it).

Likes

Their work environment and collegues were superior behavior. Learning period was good enough. Senior were supported juniors.

Dislikes

Their accounts structure was worst. They hold employee salary upto 20 to 30 days, even some of employee not having their salary for 2 to 3 months. By the name of promotion you should only having a piece of paper not salary increment. They cut some of salary part in every month from salary by giving some non-behaviour speech. When you resign from your post they were not accept if they not wish. They claim illegally bond money from employee. They not give their employee a payslip until employee ask for it. When they not having project they immediately fire their own employee who work for them from a decade. They don't have an ethics.

Likes

Mostly I liked the contribution of seniors toward my work. Good coordination with junior. Most important thing our bosses who are always tried to provide better opportunities to work in different processes.

Dislikes

no yearly hike In salary. some close people enjoyed medical rpf facilities.
