Great place to work and the management is the best. The work culture is good all are cooperative with the employees. The growth of CBSL is laid on the foundation built by strong infrastructure, sound financial base and empowering people at the grass root level. Great platform to acknowledge excel skills, communication skills and many more .

...d holidays including Natiokal holidays. Sometimes we need to work 7 days a week. Very less pay. Discussion about the employees' failures in public platforms

Just in this company every year salary is not increased and incentives are not available along with promotion.

My experience at the company was a mix of positives and negatives. On the positive side, I found that there were good learning opportunities and the salary and benefits were competitive.

Work environment is challenging due to prevalent micro-management and colleague politics, which impacted team morale . To improve, the management should consider giving employees more independence and addressing internal politics to have a better working atmosphere.Management just rely on old bankers who are working as consultants and they do not nothing other than gossiping for each other.
