Everything egoist peoples and behaved rudely toxic work culture. We need to work for over time everyday log off at 10 or 11. We need to work for 14hrs per day

1.If you do not argue at right moment you will be in danger. 2.No proper hike even those who don't know the work will paid as same as those who work hard.

When i start working this company i have less amount of developers. now its big organization . I am dot net developer . i got much knowledge but little un balanced work life balance. i taken leave only for my PG exams but need to complete the task as target based else i will not get Education leave. appraisal wise its cups and lips .. i will not get much appraisal and appreciation. Overall Its good if u have good friends . " Bird does't trust tree branch its trust on his own wings " .

We can grow plant at the moment of seeding its take time .. at least a day ..
