U cant get ur salary on time and after 4-5 month of working u will get only 4000 even on diwali, no bonus , u cant even think of salary hike nd promotion and at the time of resignation u cant get full settlement and u will have to forget ur salary(min 5 months). Only one thing ny1 can like about svs is that a very low no of students in classes nd zero discipline.

The institution is open to innovation and readily accept latest regulations as per university norms. I accept that i am a part of the institution.

Dislikes

The growth in the institution is slow. The work allocation irrelevant regarding administration& academics and pressure is very high. Managers did not value an individuals unique strengths.

Likes

I worked happily for 5 years because i satisfied every one in academics, in administration, during workshops, during techno fest and in professional body works.

Dislikes

I dislike about college Timings (8:45am to 4:50pm)
