Dislikes

Very bad company, no proper work structure, lot of work load and low incentives, decision making is very centralised with lot of politics.

Dislikes

Culture, NO job security, hire-fire, frauds, no maternity leave, they fire preganant women/they won't pay maternity leave. Unstable management, no guidance/direction. No personal leaves. Baaaaad people at the helm of affairs. Work for like 10-12 hours... slogging is normal. . Being busy is celebrated.. no clarity at any level
