Dislikes

Unfair treatment and poor pay practices The management pressure employees with unrealistic expectations and long hours. creating a stressful work environment on top of that they don't compensate for Sunday work, which feel unfair and exploitative.

Very challenging and had good growth , gave me the freedom to implement new strategies and technologies

Dislikes

I was promoted as team lead , Some interns they hire are not credible, they should focus on who they hire . As most interns are not enthusiastic , expecting less work and dont take challenges . They should really be selective on it
