1. Teacher community is diverse and inclusive. 2. Salary package is better than many other schools of that area. 3. Summer vacation and Diwali vacation given to teachers. 4. CBSE trainings are conducted by school.

1. The management including the principal is problematic, despite promises last month's salary has not been credited even after putting in extra hours. 2. Teachers at times face undue pressures which detract them from positive work environment. 3. Teachers are compelled to get involved in activities that are not entirely within legal boundaries.

...ree to discuss their problems, ideas everything. school management is very good. Handsome salary and perks is there. Best thing is very healthy working atmosphere. Colleague are very nice and helpful. Principal is always motivating and guiding us to improve our skills and update ourself. I learnt a lot from her. I fell like family in SVKM and I really enjoy the company of all my colleague.

Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Would it be reasonable to ask for 14 LPA, considering I initially stated my expectation as 12 LPA? The job is based in Gurgaon, and I have 4.5 years of experience. Looking forward to your advice!
