Company environment is good,.. And HR process manager are supported every time so,this is good things for all agents,..

Training is not good and job security is not there because I was faced this thing so, I am a toper in insta account opening but after all agent performance are not good that's why insta company close but he will resignation all people so this is not good things because some agents are doing best like over achieve the targets,...

They are not supporting their employees in the pandemic situation. Even they are firing the employees without any reason or asking them to leave.

Dislikes

I would only wants to say that this is a company which is full of nepotism. If your relatives are not there on the higher positions then you are the guest there for 2-3 months.

Working atmosphere and handling manner of seniors and incharges were like familiar so it is not hard to work here with more than your target.
