Nothing..they don't provide any latter or salary slip..you will keep asking them but they will not give you..very poor management...no chance to grow and learn and not in salary...there is no bonus or intensive

They don't care for new joiner...even don't provide latter's or any proff of there company.. Specially for fresher and new joiner

I think employee value is very important just like Tata and Mahindra do but here I forgot the meaning of values. I don't want to say that this company is that kind off status but atleast add some values towards your employees.
