There is a lot of politics and the management dose not address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

I'm so lucky & thankful to part of this company. There is a Great working culture ever I have seen, excellent & supportive management, lots of learning ways & platform, values which will definitely change the society & create more woman empowerment.

Everything is fine but salary is little bit low as compare to your work responsibility & as compare to other institution.

Career Growth and Opportunities is not upto the mark as far as my designation is concerned. Being a Social Work Graduate, the experience that I'm having in my current position is not considered as valid for most of the Social work professions
