There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues .salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 year before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to New joinees.

In this company at the time of interview HR told me that you have to see Gujarat, but after the joining HR & my reporting manager told me that you have been working location is Maharashtra, your seating location is only Gujarat.

The company is very good. You can achieve the work with the amount of targeted market.

There is a lot of politics in the company. You will not be able to tell anything about yourself. Whatever your boss says is accepted at the upper level. No one can listen to you.
