It's a worst & company to work. I only get an experience in past 6 years but never get a satisfied salary or increament. Company management always prefer those who says yes in everything. Favouritism & Partiality always seems. Never fixed with location in past 6 years. Traveling a lot but never get an Appreciation. Use your skill & flexibility for company growth. No one is stable on their words. Job security now days is 0. Never want to go back

There are Lack of Experience people in sales. So inexperienced People Cannot fit to the Company Culture. Lack of Professionalism is Harmful to the company growth.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues .salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 year before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to New joinees.

In collection team there is lack of leadership and management does not take action or reach out to the ground level employees to solve the issues.No growth for an individual career.

In this company at the time of interview HR told me that you have to see Gujarat, but after the joining HR & my reporting manager told me that you have been working location is Maharashtra, your seating location is only Gujarat.

It's a Wonderful Organization to Start a Growthfull Career. It is My First Job and I Still Working With The Same Energy Because of the Culture of an Organization. "When You Start Working with Well known or Big Company You Can not allowed to Do Mistakes But When You Start Working With Growing Company You can Do Mistakes and Learn From The Mistakes But Never Repeat The Same Mistake" This is The Most Adorable Thing Which I've Learnt from SMHFC. SMHFC is a Platform Where You can Explore n Number of Things Even in Your Self too.
