Office timing is not good for womens also night 2 clock te are not understanding staff appraisal are there but salary was too much small in big position also

I don't like about working at svasti microfinance

Dislikes

Here, after quitting the job, the employee is threatened that if she quits, Sybil will spoil his record and not give her a career. Will not work in any other company. Women are not safe. They torture mentally. No action was taken even after complaining with evidence to the CEO of the company.

Likes

It is a fast growing microfinance institutions. So we could get fast growth in our career, as well, based on the performance. All superiors are supportive.

Dislikes

The company is in developing stage and thus, there are a lot of things to improve. Good thing is that, the superiors also know the cons and are making it better.
