Office timing is not good for womens also night 2 clock te are not understanding staff appraisal are there but salary was too much small in big position also

First of all, identify and remove the politicians sitting in the branch so that a person can work without stress. And the higher officials should visit from time to time so that they can know what is going on in the branches of the state. Question the people who are in high positions at the state level and target them as well, otherwise the environment of the branch will never improve.
