HR head and HR team at head office are really inhuman..they do not co ordinate well..they will not give proper response and will talk to you rudely and insult you..its pathetic company..

Work life balance is trash (morning 7 to night 10 at least). They are providing free accomodation at the branch itself for a reason. No matter how good you work, even one bad day and they no more respect you. Even after working years in same company with good performance, you dont get promoted. In some regions(as in case where I worked) the regional manager puts extreme pressure like giving entire month targets for just one day. He told he also has pressure from higher officials. If that is true, entire company culture is unworkable. No second and fourth saturday off. They are extremely understaffed and you have to do everything. In my one month here, 2 people left and one person is on notice period. So if you are workoholic and dont care to ruin your health, then go here. If you want to live with your family and get respected for your work, find other job.
