Owner of this firm is very bad mannered.only 4 employees are in their office.

Dislikes

During interview and before joining their way of talking was very good but after joining they start miss behaving and not fulfil those things which they said during interview.owner of this firm(who is a contractor) and a Ma'am who is working in the same firm behave very badly and always trying to demotivate and humiliate.they do not allow any type of leave either you sick or in any circumstances.Owner of this firm always tried to shaming.Befoe joining I thought that its a company but it was a firm not a company.they didn't send me at site even when I was joined as a civil Engineer because they don't want that I learned all the things quickly.Because of this firm I'm still facing many problems both mentally any physically in my life.

The way I learnt everything , there was so much pressure on me to learn everything and I did learnt everything

Dislikes

The rude behaviour of boss , he treats you like his servant , he will ask you to pick him up any time , to proper time schedule , no holidays , I worked there on Diwali , dushhehra , Sunday's , Boss doesn't care about your hard work , he will never appreciate you for anything , he will abuse you without any reason , he will fire you whenever he wants , there is no progress , you will remain at the same place doesn't matter how much you work , better not to join , you will not have social life anymore
