Terrible work culture, If there is no choice then come here without any hope.Oem desire fulfill here. But no oem perks get here. Company provide Sick leave, PL,CL but department not allow to take these leave, each year these leave added on.

... benefits for employee,its japanese company so each perks goes to japanese only.No increment on time always 5-6 months delay,No diwali bonus. Company is situated in village, approx 45 km no any city.In village no transportation system for city.

For Person coming from tier 1 supplier it is good opportunity to learn OEM Exposure. Ans learn many things which u have never seen before

Work pressure is very high, and compensation is not grade wise, it depend upon your previous salary, U can easily see a BTECH GET having more salary than 3-5 year experience BTECH person.

One thing I liked the most is that team members are supportive. Overall response by management is good.

...places which are in 40-50 kms but that take lots of your time in travelling. 2. Pay package is very less from what the market offers at an OEM. 3. You will not feel that you are a part of an OEM as it does have a culture like one. 4. More focus is on paper work than on technical know how.

... worst atmosphere, no one is authorised to give judgement without Japanese boss. Here you will only get the hike in compensation, but you will forget your technical skill. Leave policy is very worst.

Kuch bhi hota hai, bus japanese hi bhagwan hai, khud ko hamesha kisi ke under hi feel kroge. Promotions ke liye bhi politics, Policy kuch bhi bnate hai.
