No Timings, No response from senior, low salary, No good food. I suggested for freshers pls go for another company because I am also joined as fresher.

...gement in transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but Carter growth is slow.There is a bondof 3months before which you cannot resign. On the job training is given to new joiners.

Nothing good about suzlons vadodara plant.

Dislikes

Salary structuur at suzlon vadodara plant is very low. Our plant head is not providing good salary structure and also basic facilities to worker, such as canteen office, furniture, storage rackes, material movement equpments etc.

No holidays ,even on Sunday you have to work they gave comp off but work life balance is very bad,in this job you have to ready for travel any time in all over india.
