Good company to learn the things for freahers and no scope for improvement as per career aspects and salary wise maximum of 10% hike every year if u r good with managers no timings for job and no proper care of employees by management

Salary structuur at suzlon vadodara plant is very low. Our plant head is not providing good salary structure and also basic facilities to worker, such as canteen office, furniture, storage rackes, material movement equpments etc.

Salary creadit on time,100% support from top management.tour accomodation.

Dislikes

No holidays ,even on Sunday you have to work they gave comp off but work life balance is very bad,in this job you have to ready for travel any time in all over india.

1)Many things impose 2)Like work, there is no reward 3)Acting is not pretending 4)Those working on machines are not considered 5) In many places the canteen and the items available on the site are not proper 6) There are holidays but cannot be taken
