The important and a good thing about this company was they gave us a full authority to take a decision on production line. But also the bad thing was they didn't appreciate us. Yes team mates are good to work. Considering the work salary is not satisfied. Overall to learn about the foundry this company is best to teach.

Dislikes

No culture is developed yet. Top people of this company are so irrited. They dont even in condition to listen our point if we did any mistake while work. This thing really has to change.
