Shuwalka consultant is largest real state and construction company in kota city .There are many projects various sector work building(commercial or non commercial) roads,over bridge, flyover bridge, tunnels,sewers systems, pipe line projects, water treatment plant, industries etc. . I was working many projects in Kota..so finally i say work-life is good.

Job security is not clear because kota city people are prefer home own land not flat so selling problems of flat or apartment is more..that's why job security problem for civil engineer is more

Private buisness of owner, alltimes expressed to be professional but he doesn't allow to frame policies and establish cuture.

Owner likes only the people talking about false & his favored issues but not to hear realities and professional. Salaries are not paid to employees for month's together. Senior persons are with very high dues. Owner is absconding at all.

It's a fake and fraud company that don't even pay to it's employee. The worst company of my life . It spoiled my one year

It's a fake and fraud company that even doesn't pay to it's employee. We 10 people joined this company and all were less paid and never get full and final, so basically it's not a workable environment.

It's the worse phase of life experience.

There is no work culture. Company is full of fools. No one understand technicality of jobs. Management is occupied by non construction background people. They didn't understand even simple things. Every second person is engaged in buttering culture and making money for themselves.
