I will never suggest anyone choose the company. Top management doesn't have any knowledge of the work they do. False promises are given making you lose interest. Individual employee treatment is very bad. Doesn't clear your finances as committed. No travel facility, no sufficient motivational work environment, no experienced professional peers or seniors to guide. Technical Aspects: No standards followed for documentation, no experienced professionals (they show up having some which are false) to guide the teams, no proper training facilities, no proper salary packages offered. You will have no fixed work hours. No proper set of rules or guidelines for the company or employees.
