Nothing, they post and hire loads of HR interns daily, It's confusing what work I have to do because they are themselves confused.

Dislikes

It feels like a fake company handled by a bunch of people who don't have any qualifications in the field and are unqualified. They ask you to post photos of you planting a plant, or feeding the stray dogs, or you doing something like this, and then they post that photos on their linkedin page, If you really are looking for a serious internship in HR, please don't do this. Its a waste of time. I can't say about other positions.

They gave a good project for upskilling myself in LLM field.

Dislikes

Would ask you to raise funds for getting certificate at end of the internship. Fundraising is mandatory. Which is another way of asking money like other internships.
