Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Excellent place to work and grow as a employee , as well as a stack holder. Salary on time always. Management is very transparent, although the employers / owners are workaholic , hence every one has to work and on their toes. Great place to work and later the employers , make you stakeholders with the company itself. Only performers can survive here !

Dislikes

Nothing as such. Their 2 offices at Chembur and Kandivali are little away from railway Station, not walk-able. Hence have to catch rick , with minimum fare.
